The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. Service Terms and Conditions
Bond back Guarantee: Our bond back guarantee is valid only for 3 days after completion of our services, it means if your landlord/agent is not satisfied with our service we will come back and reclean it for free as long as it is cleaning issue, which is covered under our checklist. Our bond back guarantee is not applicable if someone is staying inside any part of the cleaned property.
It is necessary for the customer to provide the job sheet containing the clear list of works needs to be done, which must be issued by the Real Estate or Landlord. Our work does not cover the dust settlement that occurs normally between time of service and re inspection.  
 
It is recommended that our clients should book their house bond cleaning either one or two days prior to the lease expiring, so their agent can do inspection soon after cleaning.

Payment terms: Our invoice is due on the date of service we have provided. If you are paying by bank transfer than you need to email us payment receipt. Our service charges are always excluding GST. In any case we do not receive customer payment after 3 reminders then when can take legal actions. 
 
2. Service Quotes
Our quotes are based on the information provided by the customers All quotes are based on the information provided to us by the customer.
 
3. Vacant Possession
It is important to keep the property completely empty at the time of our cleaning service unless its furnished property cleaning because cleaning around left furniture may prolong the cleaning process, which may result in extra charge.
 
4. Additions and Amendments
Any changes to the service must be agreed by WeCare Cleaning Services prior to the service time. If the customer requires any additional services or variations at the time the service is being performed, the customer must first contact WeCare by telephone or email, who may agree to provide the additional services.
 
5. Bond Cleaning
Our bond cleaning does not include below listed items, which can be done for an agreed extra cost:

• Pest control

• Stain removal of any kind including kitchens, bathrooms, carpet etc

• Full wall washing (we spot clean for ten minutes only as per our checklist)

• Garage Cleaning

• Stained grout/mould removal

• Full washing or wiping of blinds or curtains

• Outside glass

• Carpet cleaning
   

6. Bond Cleaning (Fully Furnished)
For bond cleaning of fully furnished properties, wiping of furniture and appliances (e.g. coffee table, microwave, fridge etc) is included. The service excludes cleaning of kitchenware (e.g. cutlery) and linens (e.g. bed sheets). It is also necessary to keep your kitchen and any cupboard empty otherwise our team will not clean it.
 
7. Customer Representations and Warranties
The Customer represents and warrants that:
(a) Customers are responsible to provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the service provider to perform the Service;
(b) Our team should have full access to those area which needs to be clean.
(c) Customer will provide the service provider with access to all services and utilities (including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins) as required by the service provider to provide the Service. WeCare reserves the right to cancel any booked jobs once we arrive onsite without these utilities.
(d) Customer needs to inform WeCare prior to the commencement of the service of any hazards, slippery surfaces, risks or dangers;
(f) The customer must secure or remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cash, jewellery, works of art, antiques, or items of sentimental value prior to the commencement of the Service;
(g) The customer acknowledges that any personal property located at the premises may be disposed of or moved by the service provider in their efforts to facilitate the service;
(h) If the Customer requires WeCare team to clean behind or under any heavy items (e.g. a fridge, bookshelves or other furniture), they will move those items prior to the commencement of the Service;
(i) The customer agrees to indemnify WeCare against any loss or damage resulting in any breach of this agreement.
 
8. Carpet Cleaning
Our standard steam carpet cleaning will remove dirt, grime and dust from everyday foot traffic and most clear liquid spills. Extra charges may apply to heavily soiled carpets. Our best effort will be made to clean the carpets, but the result will vary from carpet to carpet, and the result will be dependent on a number of factors beyond the control of WeCare and that we give no guarantee as to the actual result of the service. Please note that any wear or discolouring of fabric or surfaces becoming more visible once dirt has been removed. Some stains that are deemed permanent may not respond satisfactorily to any treatment. For this reason, we do not guarantee removal of permanent stains.
 
9. Exclusions and Limitations
(a) The only terms and guarantees which are binding on WeCare in relation to the status, quality or condition of the products and services which WeCare provides to its customers are those which are required by law (Australian Consumer Law) to be binding.
(b) To the degree allowed by statute, WeCare's liability, if any, shall be limited to and fully discharged by the provision of the Service. The responsibility for WeCare is not.
(i) Failure to complete or offer a service because of the customer's violation of the warranty (including the customer's failure to provide facilities, a secure working environment or unimpeded access to the premises).
(ii) failure to complete or supply the service because of the failure of the service provider or the external cleaning company to deliver the service for health and safety purposes referred to in clause 7.
(iii) Any loss or harm sustained by the consumer or by any third party because of force majeure is beyond the fair control of WeCare in any case.
(iv) failure to complete or supply the service because of the act or omission of the customer or any other person on the premises during the supply of the service.
(v) wear, damage or stains that are not completely cleanable or removable.
(vi) any wear or discoloration of cloth or surfaces that becomes more apparent after the removal of dirt.
(vii) any loss resulting from any breakage or damage to goods, valuables (including antiques, sentimental items) or premises; or.
(viii) The expense of any key replacement or locksmith bill, unless WeCare or the service provider has lost the keys.
(ix) Failure to complete or deliver a service because of the failure or failure of the service provider or external cleaning company to conduct the work.
(c) With the exception of the provisions of this section, all terms and conditions implied by law as to the state, nature, or condition of the service that may be binding on WeCare other than that clause shall be exempt.
(d) The customer agrees that, depending on a variety of factors (including the period elapsed since the premises were last serviced and the nature of 
the service requested), the results of any services supplied which differ and that WeCare offers no assurance as to the actual results of the service. 
(e) WeCare shall not be liable (including liability for negligence) to any person for any loss or harm, whether consequential or otherwise, sustained or incurred by that person in connexion with the goods or services rendered by WeCare, except to the extent provided in this clause (including any loss caused by, or arising directly or indirectly from, any malfunction, defect or deficiency, or any kind of or infringement of WeCare) All requests for warranty, replacement or harm are solely between the external cleaning firm and the client.
